Where is my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain your tracking number. You can click on the link in the email and enter your tracking number to get information about your parcel.
Please note, it sometimes takes carriers up to 24 hours to recognise tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
Unfortunately, as soon as an order is placed, the delivery address is registered with our fulfilment partners, so the address cannot be changed. Please see our shipping and delivery policy for more information.
Do you do sample packs?
Unfortunately we do not sample packs. However you can try out our supplements and we will refund your order if you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchase as part of our Feel Better Guarantee.
Can I take your supplements if I am breastfeeding or pregnant?
No. Our products are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What is the minimum age to take your supplements?
We recommend that our products should only be used if you are 18 years old or older.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Minimum order quantities are 100 units. Pricing depends on volume. Please contact us to ask for a quote; include the volume you would like a quote for and a link to your website.
